Paragon Technologies is a diversified holding company that seeks to acquire or invest in high quality businesses in whole or in part.  Our wholly owned subsidiaries engage in diverse business activities including supply chain automation, the distribution of technology products, and real estate ownership and services. The common stock of the company is listed on OTC Markets, trading under PGNT.  Operating decisions for Paragon's subsidiaries are made by the management of those businesses. Investment and capital allocation decisions are made by CEO Hesham Gad in consultation with the board of directors.
